Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: 1 May 2026
In the interest of full transparency, PriceComparePros discloses its commercial relationships with retailers.
PriceComparePros participates in affiliate programmes. When you click a link to a retailer and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
How affiliate links work
When you click “Go to store” or a retailer link on PriceComparePros, your browser is redirected through our tracking system before landing on the retailer's website. This tracking link contains a unique identifier that lets the retailer attribute the visit to PriceComparePros. If you then make a purchase within a set window (typically 7-30 days depending on the retailer), we receive a commission — usually a small percentage of the sale value.
Does this affect the prices you see?
No. Commissions are funded by retailers from their own margin and do not affect the price displayed or the price you pay at checkout. The price we show is the same price you will pay on the retailer's website.
Does commission affect our rankings?
Our primary product listings are sorted by price (lowest first) by default. Commission rates do not influence the default sort order. Retailers may purchase separate sponsored placements (CSS advertising) which are clearly labelled.
Affiliate networks we work with
PriceComparePros connects with retailers through the following affiliate networks in Australia:
- Amazon Associates
- Awin
- Commission Junction (CJ)
- Rakuten Advertising
- ShareASale
- Impact Radius
- Direct retailer programmes
CSS Advertising
Some retailer placements are paid CSS (Comparison Shopping Service) advertising rather than affiliate links. These are always clearly labelled. CSS advertising allows retailers to appear more prominently in certain sections of our site. Learn more on our advertising page.
